The city of Florimelle has commissioned a new fountain, and they've invited the best Fountaineers in the realm to compete. You've got tiles, you've got a basin to fill, and you've got opponents drafting from the same pool you are. Every choice you make leaves one less option for the next player. That's the game.
Fountains is a light strategy tile-laying game built around three intertwined mechanics: open drafting from a shared pool, a rondel that determines what you can grab next, and tile placement onto your personal fountain board. Score points for completing patterns, filling sections, and chaining bonus tokens together as your fountain takes shape.
