SHIPPING POLICY

The Game Connection ships to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6.99 or $8.99, based on size. Orders of $75 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories are calculated at UPS rates at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. We ship from Southern California. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days, with faster delivery to West Coast addresses.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Game Connection is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order ships. Customers with accounts may also view tracking information under Order History.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thegameconnection.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. If a package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier investigation.
