RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The Game Connection accepts returns on unopened games in original condition, with all original packaging intact, within 60 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thegameconnection.com.

Items that do not qualify for return include games that have been opened or played, products with visible wear or damage caused after delivery, and items returned more than 60 days after purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@thegameconnection.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@thegameconnection.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and the return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different game, the fastest path is to return the original item under this policy and place a separate order for the replacement. Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
